Pressure Sports Coaching equips athletes and teams with techniques to cultivate the  natural combatants to feelings of pressure: Confidence, Optimism, Tenacity and enthusiasm.  These attributes have been shown to immunize the athlete to disruptive feelings of pressure, and minimize the chances of choking.

Importantly, PMC does not improve their athletic skills but it does improve the chances that they will play their best when it matters most.

An integral component of PSC is completion of The COTE Assessment, a tool that helps you explore, identify and understand the thoughts and behaviors essential to performing at your best in high pressure situations.

The COTE Assessment is used to formulate individual and team pressure management interventions. 

Importantly, PSC does not improve an athlete’s skills but it does improve the chances that he or she will play their best when it matters most and sometimes that is good enough to win!
